Banana pancakes with chocolate will be your children favorite dish. I will confess, I cooked the waffles but in the final, I got the pancakes. It turns out, that there was not enough flour for the waffles… But not everything is so bad as it seems! When I saw that everyone would be without breakfast, I quickly decided to make some pancakes instead of waffles. They were delicious! Sometimes it just turns a good way, so don’t get sad and just work with what you have 🙂
Pour some water into ground flaxseed (to cover seeds) and leave to swell, it will last only a few minutes.
Squash bananas and mix with baking powder. Add milk, swollen flaxseed, salt, oats and mix everything well. Finally, add the flour, stir again and add chocolate. After mixing, let the dough for a few minutes.
Heat some oil in the frying pan and make small pancakes, fry on both sides until it gets beautiful brown color.
Serve with peanut butter or maple syrup, decorate with berries and eat till they are hot!
