2 Beef steaks
1 tablespoon of Grated ginger
2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
1/2 Red paprika
8 Mushrooms
1/2 Zucchini
1 Red onion
8 Cherry tomatoes
5 cloves of Garlic
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 tablespoon of Thyme leafs




This time I’m making juicy beef steak with fried vegetables. It doesn’t take a lot of knowledge to make a perfect steak, the most important thing is to choose a good meat. Then everything that you are missing is salt and pepper. No misery, few minutes and your lunch is served on the table. This rule probably knows everyone, so today I decided to make steak differently. Without salt and pepper, just with ginger. With steak – fried garlic vegetables. Restaurant in the home? Definitely not worse than in a restaurant.



Slice vegetables - mushrooms in half, zucchini in slices, paprika in strips, onion in small quarters and leave tomatoes uncut. Mix everything well with oil, squeeze the garlic, add the thyme leaves, salt, pepper and mix it well. Cook vegetables for about 20minutes in an oven at medium temperature. Don't forget to stir veggies!


Heat a large frying pan on a high fir, but with no oil, fry steak on both sides for about 1-2 minutes until it's beautifully roasted. Place it in the plate.


Put some butter in the pan, when it's melted, put grated ginger. Mix for 30 seconds, then pour the soy sauce and stir well again. Put steaks back into the frying pan with all the juice remaining. Fry everything for 4 more minutes. Turn it every minute. For those who like well-cooked steak - fry for a few minutes longer. Serve immediately!
