Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
1 tablespoon of white Spanish wine sherry
2 tablespoons of Sesame oil
1 big clove of Garlic
1 tablespoon of Grated ginger
200g of Beef
1 tablespoon of Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1 big Carrot
100g of Snow peas
140g of Mushrooms
3 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce

When I’m tired of chicken and fish, I’m trying to include beef in my daily recipes. Especially this Beef stir-fry with hoisin sauce. Maybe I have mentioned that I don’t eat pork anymore because it has too much fat that we don’t need. Earlier I thought that I will miss it, but to my surprise – I don’t miss it at all! Beef perfectly changed pork, though with beef it is slightly harder – need to know how to cook and how to marinate, otherwise, you will get not that good result I am not perfect too – happens that I forget and overcook, that you can’t even bite. But you live and learn!

In a big bowl mix soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, squeezed garlic and grated ginger. Cut beef in stripes, put into the bowl and leave to marinate for 20 minutes at least.

Heat the frying pan, pour sesame seeds toast till seeds change their color into golden. When it’s done, pour seeds on a plate and leave it.

Heat the frying pan, pour olive oil, put marinated beef and on big fire fry for 4 – 5 minutes, but always turn beef. Put beef on the plate.

Cut carrots in stripes, pour them into the same frying pan and fry for a few minutes. Pour snow peas and fry for few more minutes.

In the frying pan put beef, chopped champignons and mix everything. Pour Hoisin sauce and fry for several minutes.
