1 big Apples
2 spoons of Brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Cinamon
2 big Eggs
125ml of Coconut milk
2 spoons of Coconut shavings
half of teaspoon of Salt

Coconut bake will be perfect for your summer morning. If you love the taste of fresh apples, cinnamon and coconut – this sweetie is perfect for you.

Heat your oven to 180 C of temperature. Put a spoon of butter into 2 baking cruets and put them into oven. Wait till butter melts

Peel an apple, cut off seeds, and cut it into slices. Put apple slices into baking cruets with the melted butter and bake till the paste is ready.

For paste beat up eggs with coconut milk. Pour coconut shavings, sugar and salt. Mix up everything.

When apples get soft, pour paste into baking cruets. Bake for 20 minutes, till paste, is thick and golden.
