2 spoons of Sesame seeds
1 spoon of Ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
4 spoons of Flour
2 spoons of Oil
For sauce:
3 spoons of Hummus
1/2 spoon of Lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Dill
3 cloves of Garlic
some Water
pinch of Salt

Easy falafel is one of the best ways to replace meatballs and try something vegetarian. It is a healthy alternative for those, who want to avoid fat.

Wash chickpeas with cold water and let them dry, pour into blender. Pour parsley, onions, garlic, sesame seeds, cumin, salt, and pepper. Shred everything to little pieces.

Put everything into a bowl, pour flour and mix everything up. Pour a bit of salt, pepper, and cumin, puddle everything, cover a bowl and leave in a fridge for one hour.
