- 10g of Dates
- 200g of Flourmixed with baking powder
- 50g of ground Almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 100ml of Greek yogurt
- 2 Bananas
- 75g of Blueberries
- for serving Oat flakes
Healthy berry muffins will melt in your mouth. It will be sweet even without any sugar added.
Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour dates and a bit of hot water to the blender, grind everything to a solid mass.
Mix flour with almonds pour baking powder.
Beat up eggs, pour yogurt, dates, almond butter and mashed bananas in another bowl. Mix everything up and pour blueberries.
Pour the dough in muffins forms, pour with oats and bake for 25 minutes.
Let them cool. Enjoy your Healthy berry muffins with almonds!
