550g of Salmon fillet
2 spoons of Red curry paste
1 spoon of Grated ginger
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
few brunches of chopped Parsley
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

This time I used salmon differently – I made healthy salmon patties! Sometimes I just want something more interesting, something that I have never tried. This variation you can eat like usual or with a whole grain bun. Though I didn’t really like the bun with a fish, so I ate it with rice and vegetables. Fish patties are fast made so you won’t need to stay half of a day in the kitchen. You can serve it just as you want. I slice cucumber and carrot into stripes, mixed with rice vinegar and sprinkled with a bit of sugar. Then I cooked Basmati rice, cut some lemon and that’s all.

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend it till solid mass.

Heat oil in the frying pan, form flat fish patties and fry from both sides for 4 – 5 minutes. You should make 4 patties.

While patties are frying – make salads.
