- 2 Bananas
- handful of Spinach
- 1/2 cup of Coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder
Quick strawberry chia seed desert is something different than usual deserts. When you want something tasty and healthy, but everything that you have in the kitchen is only frozen berries and seeds – no trouble, you can always make something delicious! Regulate the amount just judging by your eye. It depends on how many people will eat it and what size of portions we would like to have.
Pour some water on chia seeds and leave overnight in the fridge. In the morning add spirulina powder and a drop of honey.
Put spinach, strawberries, raspberries, coconut water and bananas in a blender. Blend everything, then pour honey and blend again. You can add a drop of vanilla.
Put strawberries smoothie in the serving cup, then put green chia pudding on top. Decorate everything with pumpkin seeds, slices of kiwi and other berries.
