Sandwiches with mozzarella and tomatoes – very simple, perfect taste recipe for your perfect start of the morning. I can admit, that I haven’t bought sausage for like several years, though I really like it. Bit after bit, I have changed it with cheese, vegetables, salads, avocado or hummus… So many wonderful new tastes I have found! Just don’t be lazy and improvise just a little bit – tasty can also be healthy too!

Toast the bread.

Squash avocado until it gets to a solid mass, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix everything. Put everything on the bread.

Put sliced mozzarella, tomatoes and chopped basil. Pour some balsamic vinegar and sunflower seeds.
