- grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

When we hear word kale cabbage, we instantly think about vegetables and fruits cocktails with this minerals and vitamins bomb! Actually simple raw kale salad one of them. This cabbage has a lot of iron, calcium, vitamins K, A, C, also this cabbage has dietary fiber and antioxidants. Isn’t it a perfect vegetable? I found incredible super easy kale salad recipe, which will be the most loved garnish for fish, or will easily fit for light dinner.
Wash off the cabbage, dry it, tear leaves into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Pour oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Put your clean hands into the bowl and massage everything into the cabbage. Knead till cabbage color gets more apparent and till visually it decreases twice.
Pour parmesan cheese and mix everything up.
Serve and on toping pour sesame seeds and some parmesan cheese.
