- 220ml of Oats
- 1/2 cup of Coconut flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup of Vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
- pinch of Salt
- Coconut oil
Soft coconut pancakes are a perfect start to the morning. If you had enough of simple pancakes, I strongly recommend you these coconut pancakes. So let’s make some team and start cooking!
Blend oats in the blender and mix it with coconut flour. Pour some baking powder and mix it again.
In the other bowl, mix room temperature eggs, pour milk, vanilla, salt.
Slowly pour the egg into a flour, stir constantly. After making a dough, leave it to rest for 5 minutes.Tthe consistency of the dough should be similar to the cake, and if it gets too hard, add some more vegetable milk.
Heat the frying pan with coconut oil and make small pancakes. Bake both sides for a few minutes, be careful when you flip it, they are very fragile. You will get the size that you make because these pancakes do not expand while baking.
Decorate pancakes with bananas and honey.
