1 tablespoon of Olive oil
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
2 Carrots
200g of Mushrooms
100ml of White wine
450ml of Chicken broth
3 Tomatoes
3 branches of Thyme

Stewed chicken with tomatoes – something easy to make for your family lunch. Fresh and tasty, with delicious vegetables. This dish will be tasty and also healthy, so don’t waste any more time and let’s get to preparing chicken!

Pour some salt and pepper over chicken and massage it. Heat a frying pan, pour some olive oil and fry chicken from both sides for 5 minutes. Take chicken out of the pan, put it on a plate.

Heat the remaining oil in frying a pan, put grated garlic, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and thyme. Fry everything for 4 minutes. Pour wine, chicken broth, chopped tomatoes, some salt, and pepper. Mix everything, put chicken, cover the pan and cook on small heat for about 15 minutes.
