Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 Carrots
1 Onion
4 Celeries
spoon of Olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic
2 Potatoes
2 spoons of Tomato puree
2l Vegetable stock
400g of chopped Tomatoes
400g of canned White beans
140g of Spaghetti
a few hands full of chopped Cabbage
your favorite Spices

Tasty soup from what most of us almost always have in their cabinets and fridges.

Steps

Done

Cut carrots, celery, potatoes and onions into small cubes. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add minced vegetables, press the garlic, mix everything and bake for about 5 minutes on a high heat.

Pour tomatoes, tomato puree and vegetable stock. Let it boil, then reduce the fire and boil for another 10 minutes.

Pour beans and crushed spaghetti, boil for another 10 minutes. Taste the soup and add your favorite spices. Finally put chopped cabbage, boil for a few minutes and lift the pot from the fire.
